Every project begins with a consultation. This is typically a two hour on-site meeting. Whether your project is a new build, a renovation, or interior redecorating, this step provides Calder Design with the opportunity to share expert ideas and recommendations. We’ll gain a thorough understanding of your project's scope and address any queries you may have. This jumping off point allows Calder Design to provide a detailed proposal for the next phase of our process.

Calder Design will develop a design proposal which includes architectural finishes, colour schemes, furniture layouts, millwork and more! This is followed by a detailed presentation package including inspiration images and moodbards, drawings, samples and a render package.
